Processing Time:

• Mold Kits: Ship within 24 hours (business days only).

• Custom Grillz: Begin production once we receive your mold impression and payment.

  • Average completion: 2–4 weeks

  • Complex or diamond pieces: 2–5 weeks

Shipping Methods:

We ship nationwide across the U.S. using USPS or UPS.
Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email once shipped.

Local Pickup:

Available in Columbia, South Carolina, by appointment only.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll help track your order and resolve any issues directly with the shipping provider.
