At Diamond City Grillz, every piece is custom made to fit your smile — handcrafted from premium materials with precision and care.
Because of that, all sales are final once production has started.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom grillz, mold kits, or any personalized items.
This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and quality of every set we produce.

Exceptions:

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
